This website has been created to help people, so if you are interested in obstacle course racing, fitness, nutrition and generally improving your existence a bit at a time, you have come to the right place.

So, you currently fall in to one of these categories –

  1. You are interested in the world of OCR and you would like to read my race reviews/reports/tips and advice (step in to my office)
  2. You have no interest in OCR but enjoy reading all my captivating, amusing and enthralling blog posts (what great taste you have) OR…
  3. You realise you are on the wrong webpage and was looking for a something that didn’t involve getting covered in mud whilst eating clean (tumbleweed…awkward)
